Free Shipping & Free Returns on All U.S. Orders

Do you have free shipping? 

We love free and fast shipping and know you do, too! So, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, no matter the size.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information, so that you and your cats can watch for your package. Orders usually arrive within 3 business days.   

What is your return policy?

We want to make your online shopping with Americat Company as easy as possible. So, we offer free returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us at meow@americatcompany.com to make a return, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label. After we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! At checkout, our website will calculate shipping based on the weight and size of your order. Simply select the shipping service you prefer. You may be charged customs and duties by your country when the package arrives, but we have no way to predict whether this will occur or the amount. This note from an international customer made our day: 

"I received the stainless steel cat bowls today. (Fast delivery to Canada!) Coco loves them (so do I). I was in a few different pet stores in the past week, checking out the stainless steel bowls and most were made in India. For international orders, we accept returns for any reason on unused products within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All Americat Company products are made in the USA from U.S. materials for unmatched safety, high-quality, and durability. We specialize in cats, and design products to appeal to cats' natural instincts. We are a woman-owned, U.S. business.
