We all want the best for our cats, right? The bowls were highly recommended in a review of products that help reduce whisker fatigue from theSprucePets.com. I prefer to buy products made and sold from smaller companies within the U.S.A., so Americat seemed like a perfect choice for me.
I ordered the bowl and stand set directly from Americat’s website and it arrived in just a couple of days! They are beautifully crafted to look good anywhere around your house, and were obviously designed with cat owners in mind. The stainless steel bowls edges are rolled so that they hold the bowl firmly in place on the stand and are super easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher! The height of the stand makes it easy for my cat to eat comfortably and the base keeps it from sliding around the floor.
Like I mentioned earlier, we all want the best for our cats, but Diane and the Americat Company make it easy to shop with peace of mind for you AND your cats. Since ordering the bowl and stand combo, I’ve purchased a litter mat and taken advantage of the litter bag subscription service.
Noodles is long and tall. He’s getting older and seemed to be hunching uncomfortably over his bowl. He’s much more comfortable eating with the bowl a few inches off the ground. His brother Willie seemed to enjoy eating from Noodles bowl so got him one too.
I love the bowls because they are wide enough to prevent whisker fatigue, and the stands are wonderful for older cats so they do not strain their necks while eating. The bowls are super sturdy and because they are stainless steel, they are nontoxic and do not leach hazardous chemicals into my pets’ food. These are an absolute MUST! Five stars!
These are a great height. They are wider bowls to support the length of their whiskers. I love the look. Well made and made in America! I love that. Cats adjusted to them with no issues at all. Now they seem to prefer these bowls to others
