The Americat Company journey began after I had a hard time finding American-made cat products for my two rescue cats, Penny and Bella. In honor of Independence Day, I wanted to share why making cat products in the USA is so important to us.
First and foremost, we believe that making cat products in the USA results in higher quality. We know what materials go into our products, who makes them, and how they are made. Nothing harmful is added along the way. Our products are simply safer.
Creating made in the USA cat products also helps other entrepreneurs. We have partnered with amazing engineers and manufacturers who share our values and love of cats. We believe that making our products in the U.S. allows us to be more innovative. We can speak with our manufacturers directly. We can also design, test, manufacture, and receive products quickly. In addition to our made in USA cat bowls, scratching pads, and ball toys, we are also working on several new products that we plan to share with you very soon!
I was shocked when I started to read the labels on other cat products. Almost all were made overseas. I felt in my heart that there must be other cat lovers also looking for made in the USA cat products. So, that’s why we created Americat Company. Shop made in the USA for your cats.
